The Tacoma Festival of the Nativity is the largest seasonal nativity display in the Puget Sound area.

The annual event features nativities & crèches from residents of Tacoma, University Place, Lakewood, Puyallup and more. It is presented by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The festival is located at the Tacoma North LDS Stake Center, located at 1102 South Pearl Street in Tacoma, WA.

The centerpiece of the event is a live Nativity and a vast display of nativities from around the world. This year, more than 900 nativities from 85 countries will be represented, along with performing arts venues, family activities, a Life of Christ room and more.

The theme chosen for this year is “Star of Wonder, Star of Light,” taken from a beloved Christmas hymn. It inspires us each to point our lives toward Christ and partake of the wonder and light that he gives to each of us.

This is a FREE event for the public. Free parking is available.
